This is the early test version of the portal and of this notice (8 October 2026). The portal is read-only: it shows information and does not change anything.
What the portal shows
- Your lessons: date, time, subject, your tutor's first name, and whether a lesson is cancelled.
- Public holidays and days with no lessons.
Nothing else yet. Homework, lesson notes and payments are not part of this version.
What we use to sign you in
You sign in with Google. We receive your Google email address from Google to check which student record it is linked to. We never see your Google password.
Who can see your information
Only the people linked to the student record: the student, and a parent whose email Raison has linked. Raison's admin and tutors already hold these lesson records as part of teaching. A student or family cannot see anyone else's lessons, and the portal does not accept a student number from your device.
Where it is stored
- Lesson records stay in Raison Peripatetic's own Google Workspace (Google Sheets).
- The portal page is hosted on Google Firebase, and sign-in uses Firebase Authentication. Both are Google services.
- The page loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives an ordinary font request from your browser.
- Your browser keeps your sign-in session and your language choice (English or 繁). We use no advertising, no analytics and no tracking cookies.
- To open faster, your browser also keeps a copy of the lesson list you last loaded (dates, times, subject, tutor first name). It stays on your device only and is deleted when you sign out.
How long we keep it
Lesson records are kept while the student is enrolled. Ask us at any time if you would like your information deleted.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or stop using the portal, at any time. You can also sign out from the Account button inside the portal.

學生入口私隱聲明
這是入口及本聲明的早期測試版本(2026 年 10 月 8 日)。入口只供查看,不會更改任何資料。
入口顯示甚麼
- 你的課堂:日期、時間、科目、導師名字(只顯示名),以及課堂是否取消。
- 公眾假期及停課日。

我們如何確認你的身份
你使用 Google 登入。我們會從 Google 取得你的電郵地址,用來核對它連結到哪一位學生。我們看不到你的 Google 密碼。
誰可以看到你的資料
只有與該學生資料連結的人:學生本人,以及 Raison 已連結電郵的家長。Raison 的管理人員及導師因教學需要,本來已持有這些課堂紀錄。學生或家庭看不到其他人的課堂,入口也不會接受由你的裝置傳來的學生編號。
資料存放在哪裡
- 課堂紀錄存放在 Raison Peripatetic 自己的 Google Workspace(Google Sheets)。
- 入口頁面由 Google Firebase 提供,登入使用 Firebase Authentication,兩者均為 Google 服務。
- 頁面從 Google Fonts 載入字體,因此 Google 會收到你瀏覽器的一般字體請求。

學生在讀期間,我們會保存課堂紀錄。如你希望刪除資料,隨時可以告訴我們。
你的選擇
你可隨時要求查閱、更正或刪除你的資料,或停止使用入口。你也可在入口內按「帳戶」登出。
